WWII German Sword
The fittings of this sword are made of fine brass. The sword is not maker marked however the construction of the eagle and hilt can be identified as Carl Julius Krebs.
The dove head has oak leaves and acorns that run in the pommel and also along the back of the grip. The crossguard has an open winged style eagle with excellent detail to the wings. The reverse has a raised out portion a initals but has not been done.
The scabbard is an excellent example having 80% original paint.
The blade is the star of the show near mint condition with no issues at all. Needle like point and measuring 33 inches in length. Original hanger attached and included - rare to have with the Sword!

WOW! As soon as I saw this Dagger, I fell in love and knew it was coming home with me! Transitional period Eickhorn dagger Marked RZM 941/38/SS. Any blade Marked with the SS runes Is immediately desirable. This piece being a transitional piece is hallmarked by all the signs of being a transitional piece. Being an expert in World War II, German, Daggers gives me a little extra insight on stickpins. This stick pen is exactly the same as an SS roundel. I am familiar With this design of a known example of a period roundel. The set up and style of the stick bin is a known example. The exact same one was sold by the Gettysburg Museum of history just a few few months back. I have included the link to that one below. That being said here we have an SS membership stick pin. I have personally examined this Schutzstaffel (SS) Dagger. This dagger was produced in the early stages of the Third Reich of Germany. Production of this dagger was estimated at 1934-1936 based on construction of the dagger and the materials used to make the dagger. The dagger itself was produced by the Firm Robert Klass of Solingen. Their well known maker mark of the “kissing cranes” is featured on the lower reverse of the blade. The dagger itself is in great condition for the age, the ebony wood grip is well fitted into the guards. Within the grip is set a nickel silver eagle as well as a long legged SS roundel. Both have been used in other known Klaas examples and are correct to this maker. Both are in nice condition, however there are a few chips around the roundel as well as a chip to to the reverse of the grip. The nickel silver guards are in nice shape with little wear or tarnish. The lower guard is stamped with the Roman numeral “I” for the SS District the Dagger was distributed to, this one was distributed to the heartland of Nazi Germany…Munich. The scabbard is an early scabbard matching the dagger with nickel silver fittings and 4 untouched unturned screws. The lower ball and hang ring are intact and unremarkable. The scabbard body is finished with a black anodized finish which has some fading but the finish is complete and intact. The blade rates at excellent and has a dark, deep maker mark as mentioned featuring the “kissing cranes”. The motto “Meine Ehre Heisst Treue” Translated as my Honor is my Loyalty, is beautifully executed. It still retains much of the original darkening from the original acid etching process. The blade has some light greying to the blade but crossgrain is also visible more prevalent closer to the guard. The blade is full length and comes to a full point. The top pommel nut securing the dagger is clean, untouched and shows no signs of having been removed.
Now the most exciting aspect of this dagger. There is a number stamped on the lower reverse of the guard. The number 135668 is not identified on the published list of known SS Members in reference to their given membership numbers. However, SS Daggers Researcher Ross Kelbaugh is currently researching and shared he can provide the owners name. All information will be included with the sale of this dagger.
Overall this is a nice original period correct SS Dagger. These do not come up for sale, fully researched often, do not pass up this opportunity. More photos to come

Here we have a later period RZM SA Dagger in fantastic condition. The Blade features the motto on the obverse, dark deep and well executed. The maker mark on the reverse near the guard identifies thd maker, Carl Eickhorn with the RZM Code M7/66. Eickhorn was one of the few makers that regularly dated their SA Blades. This one follows that pattern and hs dated 1941. The blade rate as near mint with one blemish on the front near the guard, and a few runner marks, but full crossgrain is present and thd blade is AMAZING! The beautiful fruit wood grip has no chips cracks or issues. A gorgeous eagle cleanly inset maybe nickel. The roundel is also very nice with all enamel still present. The original paint on the scabbard is mostly intact and does have a bit of wear and corrosion but Is quite nice with a 4 screws present and untouched.
I heard RZM daggers in this condition were selling at $1300 at the SOS. Buy it here for a very fair price of $725

Here we have an example of a later war, zinc badge. Maker Marked M1/42 by maker Kerbach & Israel of Dresden. These later badges shifted away from enamel and brass or tombac anc moved to a more crude painted design. Still an extremely unique piece of history and authentic World War II item.

World War II early first model Luftwaffe, Nickel silver fittings, Personalized underneath the guard. I know old Germann abbreviations are not easy to read, so I will translate it for you. It says Kpfgschw II/6/153 - this is representative of the Kampfgeschwader II / 6 / 153 - a luftwaffe bomber group. Wow! Attached photo is a list of their units and divisional commanders. World War II Italian fascist youth Dagger. These were typically made by the Germans for the Italians. The scabbard on these daggers were very brittle made of leather and usually are missing. In this case, the leather scabbard is intact, Well, not perfect. It's still there. The gilding on the Dagger looks great as does the leather and the wire wrap. Rare!!!! This is a WWII German Long Slotted Dress Bayonet. It was issued to the police and features a police badge factory fitted to the grip. Now that's not very rare as I've owned several of these over the years, however this one features a SS Acceptance Mark on the blade. These acceptance marks are very common on police swords. 3rd Reich Period DLV German Flyers Dagger, nickel silver fittings in nice condition. Flyers division of the SA. Just like the NSKK, this is another division of the SA of you are a collector of SA Daggers. This is a must have...Made by Helbig and marked as such on the blade. Blue Moroccan blue leather. Here we have a very uncommon transitional maker by Klitterman and Moog. This is one of my favorite maker marks as a dual marked, with the early maker mark of a spear fisherman, also Marked with the RZM code M7/29 and dated 1941. This dagger was produced towards the end of the Dagger making period. Beautiful wood grip with a nickel silver eagle. The guards and scabbard fittings both look fantastic, And this has original Lacquer paint and it appears to be anodized underneath. The blade has a nice dark motto and maker mark still intact. This rates as a 6 on Mcsarr and is not a common maker. Beautiful Grip with no chips or cracks. Overall, this is a fantastic example very clean and completely original. $775

The blade is in phenomenal condition as is the scabbard and the grip. Literally almost 0 flaws. The scabbard is definitely original paint but has a unique color to it. As to why is anybody's guess. This is a World War I M 16 German "Frankenstein" combat helmet. These were repurposed by the Nazis during World War II, especially in the early period by the SS. WWII German Kreigsmarine Dagger with a plain blade that is bright and shiny. Brass scabbard has no dents or dings, a bit of green oxidation on one side. Lightening bolt scabbard is quite nice. A later period M7/27 by Puma Werks, featuring plated nickel fitting. The grip on this one has a beautiful grain, And a really nice reddish mahogany color. This dagger has a type II chain made of nickel silver, the guards and pommel on the dagger itself are nickel silver as well. The black Ebony grip is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or flaws of any kind. The fit of the grip, the guards is absolutely flawless. The eagle and roundel are snuggly fit into the Ebony grip. The blade show signs of old polishing, but does not have any pitting or anything of that nature. WWII German Army Dagger - maker marked Alcoso. The blade is gorgeous condition and features a nickel silver pommel guard and ferrule. The patina on all fittings match. The orange celluloid grip is free of chips and cracks. The dagger is tight.
Now the acid etched blade is a period accepted designed etch however there is debate if the right facing eagle design was done period as they are exceptionally rare. There is debate about “etched blades” as to whether various examples where WW2 era or post WW2. Thomas Wittmann’s reference book “Exploring the Dress Daggers of the German Army” his view is that this particular design of a right facing eagle without the leaf sprigs below is a genuine period design, BUT so few where made the majority you will find where produced after WW2. The dagger itself is period and the dagger is beautifully etched. I presented it to you with this knowledge. There is no scabbard - you will receive it as you see it here.

Really nice NSKK Early Mechanized Division of the SA. The black painted scabbard looks phenomenal. Both the Dagger and the scabbard have nickel silver fittings, and the Dagger itself has a nickel silver eagle beautifully set in the wooden grip. The wooden grip is very attractive with no chips or cracks whatsoever. The lower scabbard fitting has some dings on the ball in the fitting itself from where the wear banged it from seated positions. All four scabbard screws are in place. The nut is untouched, and I don't think this Dagger has ever been apart. The blade rates is excellent, but that show signs of sharpening. The motto is deeply etched beautifully executed in dark as is the maker mark August Merten. A really really nice example of an early NSKK as an affordable price. $800 Sold!
This is an early World War II German Dagger SA by August Bickel. Blade is not perfect as some scratches and dings. Scabbard is NSKK and screws are in great shape. All four are present. Clearly, pretty heavy ball ding at the end. Grip Is fairly clean and has a nice nickel silver eagle and roundel. Overall, a nice Dagger with nice fit and finish and matching petina.

M 36 chained SS dagger with a type II chain. The chain is made of nickel silver, as are the scabbard fittings. The scabbard features for unturned screws and a ball without damage. The scabbard body, which has an anodized finish has mostly worn away, but left behind a very attractive patina. Dagger grip features a nickel silver eagle, With some verdigris visible. The round is beautifully set into the Ebony grip, As is the eagle. The fit of the guards to the grip is perfect with only very minor wood shrinkage to be observed. The blade rate very good, And does show signs of previous polishing and a bit of graying, However, the model is nice nicely executed it. The blade itself is unmarked as should be expected with an original M36 blade. The only real issue with the dagger is that the spring from the clip is missing. Otherwise, this is a superior example Of the highly desirable M 36 chained Officer SS dagger. $8300. Free shipping worldwide with insurance included.
Early SA Dagger By Suudmesserfabik in Gefrees - all these that I've seen have been made in Franconia Which is indicated on the lower reverse of the guard. The blade is in great shape with visible cross grain from Hilt to tip. The grip is in really nice shape with an inset eagle and Roundel.
